This is ridiculous for both sides.

I think there's not a lot of theroy but a decent game
ill try to give feedback for your opening as a caro kann try hard player :D
So you play e6 in the opening, which isnt that great because it blocks in your light squared bishop. a better move would have been either c5, or bf5, to play e6 later.
Qa5 check wasnt very good, as the knight can develop and block the check at the same time.
Qb4 after was also kinda bad, as white can just defend and you dont really have any threats in this position
