Have you ever seen a 0 0 0 game by a player but he lost? (Really short games like the opponent didn't move don't count.) If not, what is the least bad moves somebody has made but lost that you know?
This could happen if each turn player A (who lost) lowered the evaluation by .1 or .2 every move and the other player raised their evaluation by .1 or .2 every move. Eventually player B would have a checkmating advantage.
