How can I beat this defense?

She can't always use this defense, there's no system where Black gets a pawn on e5 and d5 out of the opening. What you need to do is get space in the center. Play e4 or d4 on move one and it's going to be another story.
Also don't push pieces in front of your central pawn (the Bishop on d3 was terrible and he ended up captured by a pawn because of it).
