Play the Worstlandian Defense

Play a specific amount of games per-day, and analyse the Rapid, slower-Blitz, and Classical ones (The longer the games, the less games you should play, i.e. 1-2 if Classical, 2-3 if Rapid, 5-7 if Blitz, 10-15 if Bullet, 15-25 if Ultra-Bullet).
