@skakbraet I know a bit about the 1800-2000 graveyard. Its where 99% of older high end club players end up. I saw a thread on chess.com looking for anyone that had gotten out as a 30 year + old player they found no one. Maybe Blakey can lead a few of us out.
@BlakeyBChess no i do not play in tournaments yet, maybe this will be the year that that changes but right now im working alot of overtime but maybe by spring ill go and get a tournament in the open section and see how things go.. I definitely don't feel ready but i guess nobody ever feels ready , I do wonder where i will stand , im probably a class A player but who knows maybe i'll do better than i think...
