I wasn't refunded

Hello. I played against @FaonoS and @chessisthehe. Both players were banned by lichess .However I wasn't refunded although I was one of their last opponents and my rating didn't increase so much.

Is there a reason for this or is it just a bug?

@for_cryingout_loud I have read the faq, and I fulfil all the requirements for the refund

@JonasPradoLobo The refund is capped based on your peak rating and your rating progress after the game. (For example, if your rating greatly increased after that game, you might get no refund or only a partial refund.)

@AOOP09 When both opponents were banned my rating was similar if not lower.

@JonasPradoLobo How do you know the exact time they got banned? Did Lichess sent you the "You lost to a cheater" message?

@AOOP09 They have sent three messages to me saying someone you reported was banned. I only got refunded against one of them. I played all three of them yesterday, I can provide the screenshot or the games if you want.
