Why all the teams here are playing blitz and bullet?

One factor is the Arena format.
It favours short games as the more games you play, the higher you can rank in the Arena.
Berserk is aggravating this as rapid games becomes blitz, etc.

Swiss tournaments don't have the problem to favour fast play. But they are longer and is a larger commitment for all players so more than likely most teams go for Arenas.

Also few Lichess teams have actually committed players.

@BillieJoe in particular player as strong as you are play very little rapid or classic for some reason. So tournament of long times you would be way stronger.

There is always lichess4545/lonewolf (30/30) with pre-arranged long games but looking at participant list the top players there are at least 200 pts weaker than you.

Well the highest rated player this season is 2389 classical. I would be surprised if over 8 long games none of the board 1 players will give @BillieJoe some trouble.
