How is this game declared a DRAW by Lichess - lichess bug

How is this a draw? Just because I move my Rook and my opponent moves his King, it is a draw even though not in same squares and I am up by 2 pieces?

Ridiculous bug
It is draw because the same position has appeared three time on moves 47, 49 and 51. This is not a bug!
Or instead of fixing code you pay attention to repeating positions when you are up material. Opponent requested/offered draw and then returned rook to e6 making third time that position in on board
.
You are playing from 4 years over here and you have more than 20,000 games .
You never encountered this bug before ?
It is not a bug.
To avoid this misunderstan´ding, maybe it would be helpful if Lichess indicated that the reason for the draw is threefold repetition , and maybe even highlighting the move nrs. with the identical positions.
People need to understand that the three fold repetition rule applies to the same position at anytime during the game not three moves in succession
Draw(s) are only caused by stalemate , 3 fold repetation and when you lose all your pieces ( other than king )
Stalemate is caused when you or your opponent do not have a move but it is not checkmate.
3 fold is caused when you and your opponent repeat the same position 3 times in the whole game.
and when you lose all the pieces other than king , then mate is impossible.
THIS IS THE REASONS DRAW ARE CAUSED.
@Prajna1911 not really(at least for the threefold repetition part) because 3 fold repetition happens when the same position repeats 3 times in the whole game. Threefold repetition does not always happen in a row.
