Blunders… Yes, it may always happen to make blunders. That happens even to the best players. However, Lichess analysis marked only one of your moves as blunder (31. Ra1??), which anyway didn't lead to heavy material loss or to an apparently lost position. Without making a pretence to being an expert, I don't think that things were looking so grim for you in this game as to make you believe that your only option left was to resign.
