It may be confusing but here is an example:
1. d4 d5 2. Bf4 Nf6 3. Nf3 e6 4. Qd3 c5
5. Qb5+ Nc6 6. Qxb7
So imagine I did not see the bishop. (Its only an example)

At your rating I'd encourage playing slower than 10 0. No idea how in the world you're playing 10 0. I struggled with 30 minute games with increment!
One thing you have to do is before making a move check and ensure each and every piece is not hanging. It feels silly because we never think we'd make a move like Qxb7, yet we do time and again. The good news is that after you do this tedious checking enough, it starts to become automatic.
Another thing that can help is tactics problems. One of the biggest benefits of tactics is improving your board vision.
Maybe you've had some kind of a tunnel view. Slow down while playing your moves and ask yourself if the move you want to play is really playable. Besides: The queen moves were bad anyways. Consider playing less games, but analyze them afterwards. Plus: As a beginner 10+0 is hard. Play slower time controls. All the best.
