There are two concurrent tournaments. You can sign up to either one or both!
1. First is the team 45 | 45 tournament which starts on Jan 2, 2017 (teams formed ~ Dec 26). Play on a team of 6 boards and face opponents close to your rating. In the past 3 seasons we have consistently fielded around 24 teams of 6 players each. You would commit to play one game a week at a time control of 45+45. 2. Second is Lonewolf which is an individual swiss-system tournament with 11 rounds. Lonewolf #6 will start on Jan 9, 2017. You would play 1 game a week at a time control of 30+30, and can register or withdraw at any time. Sign up at www.lichess4545.com/lonewolf/register/
For both leagues, communication occurs via slack. After you register, if you aren't on the slack team already you will get an invite to slack. Make sure you check out the website at lichess4545.com for more information and feel free to ask any questions!
