You can't make a profile picture on lichess there is no feature to do so sry
It would be amazing if they could add profile pics to accounts that would be cool hopefully the Moderators/computer tech people will do that one day :)
But there are some players that having a picture on their wall like LM Lance and aswer account also arex has
Just post the link of a picture or gif in your bio and it shows on your page.
