For a few days, I noticed bad connexion on lichess (play on the Android App on my mobile, as always)... and finally I am not able to connect anymore. So I tried to play on lichess site (still on my mobile). Went fine for a few games, but now I get the same issues. Reconnexion still in progress without any success!
Any clue?
Precision: I already disconnected from my account and reconnected. Updated the App. Updated my Android. Emptied my cache. Rebooted my phone.
I have the same problem on my pc. The Lichess website using Chrome is always reconnecting. Restarting the computer did not change anything. Any suggestion? Thanks.
I have this exact problem, general sequence of events.. have similarly tried all the usual things, no luck whatsoever, with anything yet.
The connectivity issues will be investigated very shortly, don't worry.
I just got "Investigating connectivity issues" in 2 minutes lichess message so i wanted to know what does it mean - no issues for me.
So its just a lichess restarting in 1 minute
Working fine through firefox in computer.
PS: Adding plataform/browser may be helps de devs.
I just lost a game because i "left the game". It looked to me as if the opponent was disconnected lol
If you have a pc and chrome you can check the developer tools - network tab
Same issue of connection for me as for first posts. I am playing on android. App is up to date . I have disconnected/reconnnected from my account.
It works with wi-fi but not 4G. In past i had always used 4G.
Most of time I have no wi-fi connection possible.
