Not able to join <1500 Blitz tournament

May be there is something that I'm not realizing but I don't understand why I cant join the U1500 Blitz tournament if my rating at Blitz is around 1370.

Any idea what could be the reason?

If you have been once over the rating you can't go back to play under that rating?

You have to be below the threshold for the last 7 days. And you were above 2 days ago.
