Lichess server is rather slow

but you have already proven its not lichess fault earlier when you did the winmtr where we showed you that x ip was the problem and not lichess

well then i guess we have to do winmtr and analyze the connection
if what you say is true that it is lichess the results will surely show
ALSO PLEASE CENSOR THE FIRST 3 IPS

Lichess was the problem. How much packet loss they had.

No lichess was at the end of the chain meaning that if one of the steps in the chain were bad
lichess would also be

imagine a road with places a to d on it

now a to b is good
but b to c is bad
but c to d is good

now if drive down this road from a to d
i have to go pass the bad b to c bit to get to the d
which means my time will be bad because of the traffic by b to c

@macclassic @AndiStgt76
Interesting. I'm living also in the south of germany (near by Stuttgart).
I'm also customer of Deutsche Telekom.
Also strange: I had the last days trouble with TV and report the issue 2 times to Deutsche Telekom: Movies are hanging again and again for 1 - 2 seconds.
Speedtest of Telekom results in ~180/190 Mbit/s and ping less than 10 ms.

BUT: lichess is not hanging 1 - 2 seconds. It's an eternity to wait for a new game as @macclassic has it already described. Sometimes the games are already aborted, when I see the board.
WinMTR looks like this on my PC (without first 3 rows), but I'm no network nerd ;-):

WinMTR v1.00 GPLv2 (original by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider)
@dedonde besides your ping jumping really high with be102.fra-fr5-pb3-nc5.de.eu and be105.gra-g2-nc5.fr.eu
it seems fine so the problem with the game being aborted may be browser based can you try a differant one?
