How would I make a study plan?

Hello fellow chess enthusiasts, I'm 13 years old, and have taken quite a liking in chess. I started playing to stop doing useless things like playing video games and browsing YouTube for hours on end. Depending on the day, I have anywhere from 2-5 hours of time that can be used for studying. To make it simple, if I had 4 hours of time each day, how much should I spend on playing games, openings, middle, endings, puzzles, analysis and books. I saw a comment on reddit about the 20/40/40 method, but that was a little vague.(not to mention how much I should just play). A little schedule would be cool, if you can help a helpless newbie :)
@Subomega Yes, I was watching watching Hikaru Nakamura's stream, and when someone asked how he was so good he replied: " Because I wasted my entire life on this stupid board game"

I know chess is useless, but I love it. Got any help to give me?
I would say do tactics, and find real life people that help you with advice. Don't play fast games untill you are better.
Hi. I think it depends on your particular strengths and weaknesses, which you can discover by analizing your own games. I've learned from stronger players that resolving a lot of tactics will help you the most, especially if you're just starting to play chess. When playing, long time controls are also the best for improvement, even if you can only play one or two games a day.

The time you take to play or study chess is really up to you. Everybody's different, so maybe you feel inspired to play a lot of games one day, and the next day you only want to practice tactics. I don't think the time distribution matters to much, as long as you can keep yourself motivated and focus on the tasks that help you improve the most
Endgame first. Then solve some puz, les. Also use th e analyze games meyhof to see yourmostakes afterwards.i would recomend st lous chess club videos. If your gonna spend hours on you tube watch st louis chess club videos . The gingrr gm on you tube has goo d videos.
