Opponent resigns but status remains 'waiting'

Twice in a row, today, my opponent apparently resigns but status remains 'waiting' .... I assume they have resigned because the clocks are stopped. What to do? Board options for me are resign, offer draw or takeback move.

Try to reload the page (F5).
