Also most Puzzle Storm moves are echoing.

Looks like the problem has been fixed!
Have played more than 30 games today thus far and haven't experienced the missing sound.

Even played a bullet game for the benefit of the doubt and there's no delay in the sound.

Sound issues have been fixed, no server restart was needed.
