Nimzo-Larsen Attack playing against Grandmaster

Hey I played black in this simul against a grandmaster. I didn't know any theory against the Nimzo-Larsen Attack so it became some kind of Queen's Gambit Zuckertort variation from white.

My questions are: What can I do to exchange or block white's monster bishop? How should I have played to not get destroyed by his passed pawn? And do you have advice against this opening in general?

Thanks a lot!
Edit: I saw there was a possibility to draw by perpetual in the analysis, but I was wondering if there is any winning chance for black too? I tried to build mating attacks but he saw them immediately.
@tpr omg thank you that is one of my favourite spassky games! Didn't know it was this opening. I will study it in detail somewhere in the future. Okay so I noted that queenside castling and avoiding d5 makes sense. Interesting! Thx!

No, it is called Nimzo-Larsen Attack for a reason, Larsen played it regularly.
Fischer also played it several times with success.
I suspect Spassky had looked into it because Fischer had played it.
