Rating Deflation?

I used to consistently be over 2000 in blitz just a month ago, but for the past few days, I cannot seem to climb over 1950 at all. Does anybody sense any rating deflation or am I just playing like trash =P?

BTW, does anybody have a good way of countering the London System, which seems to be the only thing people play in blitz?

Other people say there is inflation and not deflation. It seems there is a big inflation in classical, but I don't know why. Some players here have 2300-2400 and play like 1700. But in Blitz I can't see the same.
