Is watching a streamer’s stream while you play them cheating?

When I'm playing a streamer, I only turn on their stream when I'm completely winning just to see them suffer and yell their last words before they resign.😈😈

Back to the question,
I think it'd be cheating if its' a long game. But I think in 3+0 blitz and bullet its' fine.
Sometimes, if the streamer is considerably stronger then watching could be instructive, I think as most of them explain stuff or say what their opponent could've done after they have played the move.

I'd say its' about 50-50.
I don't think it's cheating.. Because your opponent himself is showing his plans in an open stream.
According to the lichess definition, it is quite clearly cheating. The stream is an external source of information, and the definition says nothing about the voluntariness of the source of information.
I'm not entirely sure but I think that the content of the stream will be delayed to any viewers( and potentially the opponent) so the stream will not be as useful in shorter games. Again, I am not sure if watching your opponent's stream while playing them is considered cheating as the streamer volunteers the information.
It would be ridiculous if your opponent played exactly like the streamer's. Other than that, I don't know how it would count as cheating.
I've seen a few streamers look at chat during their games, say a move written in the chat, and then say, "Oh, I was considering that move...." and then actually play the move. Or, even worse, say "please don't give me ideas" as the chat is riddled with moves and the streamer plays the move most posted. I definitely think it's an edge, but I don't lose sleep over it.

There is no question there have been games where the chat has won the game for the streamer.

As far as watching a streamer's stream.....well, that's ethical I think. I've played maybe three streamers, and always leave the stream while I play. Two of the games were casual, but I don't think that matters.
