Things to understand:
1) You can hardly improve much if you do not do puzzle practice, the reason why I say "Puzzle Practice" is that not every puzzle is a tactic, but every tactic is a puzzle.
2) You cannot improve in rapidly if you keep playing, you have to give more time to learning and less to playing, for example 90% time to learning/training and and only 10% for playing. You can adjust the % yourselves and obviously the time according to your convenience.
3) Always learn from your mistakes and play calmly and try to refute your ideas (don't make mistakes by hurrying up or making moves unnecessarily or without thinking, if you make a blunder without thinking, what's the point training whole day). Mistakes happen, but don't let them become a habit.
4) Make a plan which you can follow with ease, for example you plan to solve 50 puzzles tomorrow, and then you solve 10 puzzles and start playing, thinking that I can't solve 50 puzzles
5) Improve all parts of the game, you can choose to focus on middle game more than opening, etc. but make sure you focus on all parts of the game.
IMPORTANT: DON'T USE ENGINE ALL THE TIME, TRY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR MISTAKES YOURSELEVS AND CALCULATE WHAT WENT WRONG. AT THE END, WHEN YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD YOUR MISTAKES, YOU CAN USE ENGINE TO CONFIRM, BUT FIRST USE YOUR OWN BRAIN.
Regarding the plan, nobody can understand COMPLETELY your level of play, your stamina, your weakness, but you know it all, I think you should make a plan for yourself according to your capabilities, it will be best! (You can take some useful ideas or bluprints from here)
