losing clasping power of movable piece results in losses in last seconds of the game

I've been losing games during the last seconds of bullet or blitz games due to the computer program losing clasping power of the chosen piece to be moved. The piece had been touched a number of times but the clasp does not take effect, resulting in loss of the game by losing on time. This happens at the last seconds on bullett or blitz games. I have several , I would say won or advantageous positions because the clasp ( the program's grip on the piece so it can be moved ) does not do its grip ( so the piece can be moved ), resulting in losses during the last seconds of the game. A number of my losses due to loss of piece grip seems to happen during the last few seconds of the game.

This might be a bug, but to me it sounds rather like your input device isn't working properly or your device is lagging. If it is a bug, it is important that you know how to reproduce it, otherwise not much can be done.
