Opening Recommendation for 1300s

Hi! Please recommend openings for me and other 1300s. I currently play the slav defense against the queens gambit, for white I play the vienna gambit/game and the petroff against e4. Please recommend openings against the english opening, modern defense and against 1 Nf3. I stuggle against thes openings
Thank you in advance :)

@Soar_Ethan I recommend using c5 in English Opening too, mirroring white's first move. The best move is e5 when playing against English Opening but it has many variations and complications so, try to copy the first move in the English Opening because this gives a closed position that can help for your rating. When playing against Modern Defense, you must take out the black bishop on g7 because it can be annoying when it comes to open middlegame positions. So I recommend taking it out ASAP but don't compromise your position if your opponent is a positional player.
Develop your pieces, try to control the center. If you have no clou what to play look for your worst placed piece and try to find better squares for it. If you can do this then your rating will already improve and only then it is time to learn some openings. Maybe you have a clue yourself by that time what is worth a look. If you don't get the idea of an opening don't try to memorize any moves. If you understand the idea of an opening it is rather simple to learn. If not it's a lot of work, not to say pure waste of time.
At 1300 elo you have to be very precise into your opening preparation. One mistake and the oponent is going to punish you
Don't waste much time in learning difficult openings. You win and lose games by tactics not by openings which give you +0.3 instead of +0.2 advantage. Openings are much more important for really good players.

Use your time and do tactic training instead. You win games when you capture a bishop, knight or rook and you lose games when your opponent captures a bishop, knight or rook.

Use e. g. King's Indian Defence as black. You don't have to learn much moves when you use this defence. You just have to learn a structure which you can play in almost any circumstances.
