No, it just means white is winning by a large margin.
Normally, +1 means white is ahead one pawn, +5 means white is ahead 5 pawns (or one rook), -3 means black is ahead about one bishop. So +72.8 means white has a theoretical advantage of 72.8 pawns, which is very close to a forced win (mate in x moves)
