A different type of connection problem

I hate to say this...

At rare instances during a game
I make a move and the timer starts to go down for the opponent. At the end of the match I wait a few seconds and the clock hits zero for the opponent.
Then I see the clock shows the person has 10 seconds left and all of a sudden I am the one who has timed out.

Now I see how this can make sense because of lag or time correction but I have seen this happening to others...

What happens is we are playing a fast game.
Most moves are done 2-3 seconds and some 4-5 seconds.
And then a big break. The opponents circle turns from green to gray. And he loses like 10 seconds.

Sorry for the confusing post.
Its not a big problem but im sure some have experienced this.
i have this too, but it's a connection problem, i guess. can't really fix that ;)
it happens with me too

really sucks in 1 0 games, especially in the last 5 seconds

tho i've encountered it less often recently, for some reason
yep, I've noticed some latency issues with the actual server. Nothing big, but can be annoying for fast games. I'm preparing a new server in a way that should make it more reactive.
Yes, this problem occurs to me too, but Thibault told is changing to a new server.
