My Singapore friend, Robert2323, cannot log in. I am in the U.S., and I can log in to his account, created a year ago, using his name and password. When he clicks on Lichess App now, he cannot find a place to log in.

When he clicks into the websight, it come up Lichess with no account name and no place to type his name to log in. He cannot change his password because he cannot find a place to log in.
If he doesn't get a log-in option then he has a problem with his pc/browser not his lichess account, which you've confirmed by logging in with his credentials. Perhaps he has potato computer; obsolete and not capable of running lichess. What happens if he uses a computer which is still supported by the OS vendor, and with a current version of a supported browser (chrome, firefox, edge) without any extensions enabled?
He is using an ipad pro. He is trying to log in now using a different computer.
