I've seen some tournaments that had a prize of one month patron. How do you gift one month patron to another player? In gift wings to a player, it only has one time or life time. Not monthly.

If you use PC, in the Patreon option there is a special section to donate to someone, one time means the monthly subscription, the monthly or annual option will have a charge to the credit card each time during that period. So basically if you win one of these tournaments, they just put in your username and choose the one time option so you have a month's membership.

Yes, #3 is absolutely correct. They gift patron wings, to a player, lichess.org/patron.

The op is asking why the monthly option is crossed off when you gift patron to someone.
