20 Second Time Warning

Is it possible to disable the "ding dong" sound that plays when you go below 20 seconds? I know it is to warn or remind you of the impending time trouble but it is the most distracting thing ever, especially since it's always accompanied by a red flash, I always think my king is in check but I can't find the source! Usually by the time the bell goes off the game has reached it's critical phase and I feel it takes me on average 10 - 15 seconds just to recover my senses and realize that it was just a time warning. I also realize that it might be useful to others who don't suffer panic attacks but at the very least can it be made such that a user can toggle it on/off as they wish?!
20 seconds? Is that blitz? I'm sure it 10 second in bullet? Anyways - there is a good point been made. I have lost far too many games from time in bullet. I suppose I'm getting old and the up tempo in my opponents play has only become clear when I've lost a sure win. Audio clues would be a great cheat. and that's my point.
@sirgatsen Yeah - but you missed my that little word friend - the audio clue is a cheat. I'm pretty sure it's not allowed in any form of chess - the fact it's implemented by default here is an aberration...
Maybe Lichess can give me back the 400 000 points I've lost due to my losing games to people who can hear?
