Go on and live your chess passion, you'll definitely be a great chess player one day. I believe tactically your strong, but you make positional mistakes. I'd recommend you to read the book "How to reassess your chess 4th edition" by Jeremy Silman. When I was at your level, I read that book too and got a drastic increase of full 450 points (in OTB, not online. I am talking about 450 points increase in classical OTB chess). Do that too, and I guarantee you that you'll get a big growth spurt in chess. I was the same like you back then, I was tactically very strong but failed to take positional decisions. That book helped me to overcome my weakness, and so it will do to you if you read it.
Bonus points if you go through that book many times. But you need to work dedicatedly with that book and really invest time.
