Multi-team Swiss

How realistic is it to add a feature to allow multiple teams in a Swiss tournament? Or, alternatively, allow the organizer to specify which players cannot be paired vs. one another?

Motivation: avoid pairing real-life school teammates in scholastic tournaments. Kids tend not to love facing their teammates...

@redbullet64, there is always an option to manually pair the players and have them report the results to the tournament organizer.

Not a great option. Telling scholastic players/parents who to play, then asking them to reporting results is like herding cats :)

It IS technically possible to do all this via API - I've gone that route before. However, it is quite messy, since it involves handing over API keys, a highly mistake-prone process with a lot of manual parts. Also, the games sometimes crash on startup.

Native support is infinitely better.

@redbullet64 Maybe you can do a team battle and ask them to only play like a couple games
