Interesting would be c3, then Qc2, followed by Nbd2 and Re1.
I say Bg3, solidifying the bishops position. the move g5 with tempo later on will be problematic.

@nsn21 Here is my concern with Nbd2. Could be off target but this line worries me.
There could follow: 9... g5 10. Bg3, g4 11. Ne5, Bxe5 12. dxe5, Nd7 followed by d4 by black on the next move and it seems to me that white has an uncomfortable king position, considering black's bishop pair.
EDIT: NVM about this. I looked at the analysis board and realized I had something wrong.
