Cheat

hello, does someone who cheats in non-scored games be spotted? I think some players cheat in non-scored matches. but I'm not sure if any action will be taken as there is no loss of points. I want to know if our complaints are made in vain
There is rampant cheating in the under 1300 bullets almost every tournament is won by a user who just joined and hour ago, has a 980 rating and goes undefeated in tournament. Cant you add a qualifier to the under 1300 tournaments that users be members for at two weeks- but no, 1800-2200 just create fake accounts, beat up on low skilled players and take their chance for ever winning a tournament- cheating is cheating but its not addressed ever on lichess
I thought you were allowed to use chess books during correspondence, right?
I heard other websites allowed engines during correspondence
lots of people have used chess books during lichess correspondence, and I think I remember some page on lichess which talks about it.
In international correspondence play, conducted under the auspices of ICCF, computers are allowed.
This isn't the ICCF and frankly the very thought of using chess engines for correspondence play is repulsive to me and quite frankly even ridiculous.....sometimes I'd like to take all these chess engines and throw them into the sea...
