Btw, incase anyones curious - the questions asked at the geography bees at the state level onward are a lot more difficult than reciting facts and will heavily challenge your niche knowledge of geopolitics, history, linguistics, world cultures etc - in conjunction with geography.

There is no country in the Scandinavian area of Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland with a population higher than 10 million. So, after thinking a bit about Scandinavian ROOTS, I arrived at Germany, which is a country, I think, with just about over +80 million population. Germany is in fact, in the northern hemisphere, and definitely has its share of unhealthy propaganda, like the ones in WW1 and WW2, and in their political stuff up to today (is there an election coming up in Germany on Sunday?), still contain some propaganda, favoring one of it's ? political parties (I have no idea how much of those there are).
So, my guess is Germany. Am I right?

Well, actually Germany fits those criteria, but I was not thinking about it.
X was Russia. They are believed to be Vikings who migrated south. They have about 144 million people and USA advises not to listen to their propaganda (now or cold war) and they are in the northern hemisphere.
But, I have to admit, you did well there.
Your chance to ask me.

With a population in between 20 million and 30 million, this highly agricultural country and is underdeveloped. The landlocked country has 71% of its inhabitants living in extreme poverty and used to be controlled by Great Britain. 82.3% percent of this country believes in Christianity, and they mainly speak English there. Today, this country is a multi-party democratic republic headed by an elected president. It's independence was heavily characterized by the repressive dictatorship and the dictator was declared leader for life, but lost the election once a multi-party format was introduced. And the country's national anthem is titled as "O God Bless Our Land of ______" The country's name is 6 characters long. The country's motto is "Unity and Freedom".
Try to guess my country!

they are microstates, so like Monaco, Vatican and Lichtenstein. what makes them controversial is that the ones I presented are the work of eccentric people and no one recognizes them as a state. because in particular Sealand and Kugelmuggel are buildings
