It depends on the demand. About the incorrect evaluation: after analyzing on the chart and near the moves, the evaluation is too high. For example +7, but when you turn on the engine it says +3. This is the horizon effect you can only see until the horizon and thus it seems +7 until you are higher(deeper) and can see further.
Now lichess works with nodes per move not depth meaning sometimes the analysis does not go deep enough.
Increasing the node limit puts alot of strain on the fish network which is made up from users who want to help hosting.
Allowing users to do analysis locally has been suggested before but the point is it might take a while or forever on slow hardware
