Yes, I did but when I click it, some people get muted while others are not.

Or, you could just report him, or take him off your team???
If there are rules for the chat (which i recoment) you should make sure that everybody knows about these rules. This could be enough for a big amount of people. Well, if members know the rules (and the majority accept this rules) and still ignore them, tell them what happens with members who ignore these rules. If this is not enough - do what you told them before if they still ignore the rules.
Well, I just want to punish them by muting not by reporting and removing as it was 1st time. Well, I think that team leaders are allowed but when i click nothing happens.
