maybe tell us the solution?
Ok. I hope @kettwiesel won't hate me too much.
1.Qf6 Bxf6 2.gxf6+ K~ 3.Ng5 with plan of Rh7 (after freeing h column), Rg1, Rg3, Rh3 etc. with checkmate... if I'm not mistaken, then Black can only delay the inevitable.

nice
Is it a mate puzzle or is it drawn? If the latter, I found 1. Qf6+ Bxf6 2. gxf6+ Kg8 3. Ng5 h5 4. Bxh5 Qb7 5. Bg4 Bb5 6. Rh7 Ne3 7.
Rg7+ Kh8 8. Rh7+ Kg8 Repeat until 3-fold. This is the best I could find, even with engine assistance.

#12 good to see that others like this position too ;-)
Yep that is the basic idea, another one is to bring bishop to g7 and mate then.
Black has to open the queenside as quick as possible to prevent a quicker checkmate,
for example with ideas like Nxa3.
It is really not a puzzle for humans beside the basic motifs, i have to agree, more like a puzzle for engines or a
generator for engine test positions. I found this position at talkchess forum and only looked at the last two posts:
http://www.talkchess.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=54487&start=120#p612588
and after a quick test (lichess stockfish level 8 was mated in 11 moves by my leela zero engine id 588) i posted the position here.
By taking a deeper look in the long discussion on the talkchess forum (a lot of engine developers are there)
i realized this position is much more complex than i thought. Theory now for this positon is: Very likely it is a mate
in 25-30 moves.

Lichess javascript stockfish 9 engine too slow to analyse it, at lower depths evaluations are complete off the road.
