really got a time out for aborting my games to many times when I just played 2-3 games as black and when i search for a new game and abort you give me every game as black this is outrageous

You also inevitably play streaks of games as white, do you then start aborting until you get black? This is the nature of it being determined randomly. You sound childish complaining about it, and obviously it should go without saying that it is not grounds to abort the game you agreed to play.

Anyway, I don't know why Lichess allows it, but you can actually send out rated challenges where you specify your color beforehand. So you can issue a challenge where you play white, rather than a random color. It shouldn't be allowed, but it is, so use it instead of whining.

And of course your temporary ban is called for.

You tried to cheat IN ADDITION to annoying half a dozen people by aborting games while getting constant warnings that you'd be banned if you kept doing it, and you think it's outrageous that you got tempbanned?

The pairing system tries to balance colors. You've played more games with white than black so you're more likely to get black in your next game and no, aborted games don't count towards having played with that color so there's no point in trying to do what you did.

And while you can specify a color in your challenges, it just means that you'll be more likely to get the opposite color the next time you play with random colors.
