So many years and finally my dream comes true. I am literally crying right now and extremely scared to play after this. But I don't know - is there any strategy so that I don't fall back in <2000 again?
If anybody has any repertoire of French(as black) or English (as white) please share so that I can prepare myself a bit more so that I never fall back to the 1900s.

I remember when I got to 2000 in atomic chess. I was afraid to play too. But I eventually did. And sadly, lost it shortly thereafter. But I've regained it and am now 2100+. You could just play one or two games until you are about 20 points above 2000, then you can play more actively. Or you could just play lower rated players, but don't do that too much.
You shouldn't be scared of falling back to 1900, if you lose games, you will still keep getting better over time and you will regain your score if not more than your score soon
Don't be afraid of losing your points. I still am a little worried about losing points, but you should've seen me two years ago! I was so scared of losing rating I became worse! You could enable Zen mode too.
Congrats on that! Simply retire from Blitz and focus on Rapid, easiest solution -- let that 2001 stay there like a badge of honor! Longer time controls are better for your chess anyway
If you get so afraid of losing your points, it sounds like maybe you don't really feel like you deserve them. :)

First , Congrats for reaching 2000 . Secondly , There is no strategy in the world that can stop you from falling below 1950 atleast twice before you become a stable 2000 . If you choose to take a break of few weeks before starting to play blitz again , Your rd will be high and you would be rusty so you risk going below even 1850s , So best is just do 2 storms for warm up and continue playing blitz without thinking about the ratings .
