Can anyone explain the logic behind sacrifing queen in this puzzle ?

If you move the queen to safety, the knight takes your bishop and the bishop escapes, so you win nothing.
If you take the bishop, and black takes your queen, you play exf7+ first, then take the rook and promote the pawn, then, after your new queen is taken, you take the knight with your bishop. As a result you get B+P+R+N=12, and give up Q+P=10, so you gain material in total, despite losing the queen.
