I may suggest a few minor typesetting and grammar improvements, but other than that, the article makes a lot of sense. Neurotransmitters like Dopamine are wonderful, however, I am rather ambivalent about the reward system. It may help us see the positive results we seek. Still, it may put reward (the extrinsic motivation) ahead of doing something progressively better for the sake of it (the intrinsic motivation).
However, extrinsic motivation has a definite place in human performance.
