Yes, of course. But shouldn't be limited just to school.
Should compassion and empathy be taught at school ?
For me Yes. Only for me.
Any good kindergarten teacher should be helping children problem solve, but these skills start at home and parents should be modeling compassion at home and teaching their children....

Of course, it is ! Explaining to a child that he has to imagine how it feels like for the others in different situations

Easy now, buddy. That's kinda harsh, despite the fact that he decided to name himself that (without regret)

And it's understandable as to why he believes empathy is something that can't be taught. Naturally we humans have some level of what's known as emotional quotient which allows one to recognize situations where one can ideally be empathetic. This is something one can do without being taught as one tends to naturally develop this skill. Albeit, not everyone possesses this little skill.

I don't know about you specifically but no one ever taught me how to understand the emotional state, thoughts of other people or their point of view.
I believe our little teenage dimwit here understands this. Although, he was wrong about whether or not empathy can be taught (he just made a little error in his analysis). People who lack it can be taught, as we know
