I recently checked the security tab in my settings and realized that there were many devices from Germany signing into my account for weeks without me noticing. Screenshot:

@chicken_buttt These all are at least two weeks ago. They may be you, or they would not be you. Or just sign them all out and change ur password

Choose safe passwords. Choose different passwords for each service. Use a password manager. Use 2FA whenever available.
Then none of this can happen.
I remember once someone logged into my account and after finding something suspicious I revoked all the sessions and changed the password. Actually my password was the name of a notable chess grandmaster, and I suppose that it has become a means to try to hack lichess accounts, that's why I am saying this in order to keep your accounts safe....
