oh yeah

oh yeah hello n stuff I amz tryin 2 improve my game diz 1 dude told me 2 play only bullit and blitz but mostly bullit n he said study chess iz waist of time cuz it wont stick in mah skull so how long do i nedd 2 play teh bullit til im granmastrer???
To be a grandmaster, you have to study hard, learn openings, play slow until you've mastered it and then quick, and you have to be picked for your country's chess team, and you have to have 2500 international points. Then you are grandmaster.
Also, studying is NOT a waste of time. I was a noob when I started chess, now I am good purely because of interest and study. And if you want to be a Grandmaster, it is impossible to be a Grandmaster without study and playing slow first.
Also, to make yourself noticed and possibly picked for a team, make sure you go to REAL LIFE tournaments outside lichess, as many as you can, and when you become decent to good go to harder competions to gain experience. This is also DEFINITELY NEEDED TO BECOME A GRANDMASTER.
Of course, you could just be decent to good at chess, and not go to be one of the top in the world at chess by becoming a Grandmaster (GM). Or, you could become good but not that good, and get a lower (But still very good) title like FM or IM. These are also quite hard to get, but not as hard.
You're a boring troll.

Be more creative next time.
That is very rude.
Das ist sehr nicht gut.
There, some German for you to make things more creative.
Happy?
Also, if your lecturing me at being more creative, go on, tell Sneakmasterflex what I said in a more creative way , if your so good at it.
@dannyo Sorry to not make myself clear, what I said was directed to @Sneakmasterflex .

But I can see that you are new to the internet, there is no shame in it, but I will teach you something. This guy is a troll.

He wants to become a grandmaster playing only "bullit" online, not studying because it won't stick in his skull (as a non native English speaker, I don't even know what that is supposed to mean), uses bad grammar on purpose and lack of punctuation. He just wants some attention, or some serious responses, which you gave him. Do not do that again, do not feed the trolls.
