It should not be required, because lichess obviously knows their real identity (because they need to verify their FIDE title)
As long as that is confirmed, there's no reason why it should be made public.
I have won tournaments as well on lichess (not titled) and it would be weird if my real name was required / added to some list without my consent!

I suppose the question Lichess should be asking themselves is - do we hold these events for the spectators, or the players?
If it's the former, then I do not believe there is any benefit to them being anonymous. If our only goal was to see a high standard of chess, we would all be watching computer tournaments. I do not think losing these strong anonymous GMs from the tournaments is even remotely detrimental if we don't even know who they are in the first place.
If it's the latter, then I guess just keep it how it is, it is their preference after all.
