You might want to find or make a study group. Where you and friends/new friends come together and work on your chess. This is free and often very fun.

1. Is it possible to create a team/group on lichess? If yes, how? There is no way to create long time control(30+ minutes) tournaments I believe.

1. You can create a team here: lichess.org/team/new. You can create tournaments with longer time controls if you set it to private.
2. The simplest way to do this is to make a study: lichess.org/study and share the link in the forum.
