Beginner Game Analysis 2 and 3

Special shoutout to tpr, Slugy, Lieven and Kappuccino. I don't know if either one of you will read this but you have proven to be instrumental in my chess improvement and for that I thank you. I have a chess tournament this Saturday hence the requests for analysis. Thank you to all for helping a rookie like me :)

Game 1 played way too fast. End with 39 useless minutes left on the clock, i.e. 45+10 played as if it were 6+10.
6 O-O? is a missed opportunity: 6 Nxd4! exd4 7 f4 followed by 8 e5 drives back his whole army. 6 O-O was played in 8.7 seconds. In a 45+10 time control you should use like 55 seconds per move. 6 O-O is just a superficial auto-pilot move as in blitz/bullet.
Why 9 Re1? The e-file is closed. Are you sure you never want to prepare f4? Why would the rook be any better at e1 than at f1? Better 9 Nc4 preparing to develop 10 Bg5. If you want to redeploy your knight Nd2-f1-e3, you can do the same Nd2-c4-e3 without losing a tempo on Re1.
Why 11 Re2? More natural is 11 c3. His bishop does nothing on a5.
Why 12 h3? OK, you want to stop 12...Bg4, but 12 Bg5 does the same, develops a piece and does not lose a tempo.
15 Be3 is another missed opportunity: after 15 Bb4 c5 15 Bc3 his Bb6 is bad.
21 Qe4 is weak. You find the right 23 Qc3 later.
Why do not you just take 29 Qxe5. You are completely winning. Now you settle for a silly move repetition.
In short: superficial play by not thinking enough.

Game 2
Missed opportunity 13 Nb6 with attack on Ra8 and Bd6 wins on the spot.
You spent 23.8 seconds on the move and you had 40 minutes on your clock. You could have thought for 40 minutes to find the immediate win and then finish on increment.
One move later you get another opportunity, but you prefer to give up a piece of yourself.
Why did you accept a draw offer?
You are completely winning: bishop's pair, control over the d-file, better development, better pawn structure, 40 minutes on your clock…
You played too fast: you played 45+10 as ifit were 5+10.
If you accept draw offers in won positions, how can you do well?

tpr, thank you once again for your blunt analysis. It is helping me improve by the day. I will focus on:

1) Taking my time.
2) Looking for forcing moves, while always ensuring King safety
3) Calm down and stop looking at rating
Game 1. Move you Knight several times to do?
Game 2. Draw by agreement, Really?

You need to be more combative, use the time to think the best move.
