I went up 200 points in 2 days.

I think OP meant puzzles. When you first solve some puzzles, it gives you massive amounts of rating. It is possible to get 500+ points on your first puzzle if you are lucky. It is very realistic to go up 200 points starting from anywhere below 1800.
