Wind chimes , like or hate?

My downstairs neighbours have just put up a windchime in their garden so everytime I go for a roll up on the balcony I am extremely annoyed by the constant ding ding ding ding of it , I think you should have planning permission and consult all neighbours before putting up these bloody annoying things , I know they're supposed to be relaxing but it just grates with me , I hate them and it spoils my peace xxx

their sound remind me of horror movies

I hate them too.
So repetitive though I've heard one I liked
It was the notes of Amazing Grace.

I've always thought I'd like to create one tuned to a pentatonic minor
Or a blues scale.
