What is the lowest rating someone can get on lichess?

@vellarco I always wonder how somebody gets to know such weird games. This game is a joke obviously. Black plays like a troll searching for the easiest way to lose. The accounts of both players have been closed in the meantime, due to deliberately losing games and Elo ratings most probably.
